Freight and Shipping

Where does MiVeda ship to?

MiVeda couriers products all around the world. However, MiVeda's main focus is supplying products within the Australian geographic region.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping anywhere in Australia is $10 per order and free for RRP orders that are over $200 cumulative total price.

Express shipping is $15 and $5 for RRP orders that are over $200 cumulative total price. Contact Us if you wish to have Express delivery and we will aim to arrange it for you.

Shipping to destinations outside of Australia vary but are generally between $25 and $40 (depending on weight). If you wish to order from outside Australia, please email MiVeda for an accurate quotation for freight cost to your country.

Please also contact us  (miveda@mivdea.com) if express delivery is required internationally.

Customers are responsible for customs processing and charges in their home country.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours of being received, or the next business working day.  Generally Australian orders will arrive within 5 working days (often within 2-3 days) of placing the order depending on current circumstances (eg COVID-19 lock-down, strikes, infrequent aircraft schedules).  Western Australian or remote deliveries may take a little longer. International shipping times will vary depending on the destination.  Your patience is appreciated if delivery problems occur.  Tracking numbers will be emailed once parcels have left our warehouse and deliveries can be tracked via appropriate, respective websites.

Can my Order be delivered to an Auspost PO Box?

This is possible if certain conditions are met. Firstly you must have an existing PO Box at an appropriate Post Office (not all Post Offices have this facility). Secondly you need to approach the Post Office and pay a nominated fee for such a service (approximately $20). Thirdly, the courier delivering MiVeda products must be able to deliver to the respective Post Office (this is not always possible). We suggest you read the Auspost document at this link (specifically Section 13 PO Box Plus) for more information: https://auspost.com.au/content/dam/auspost_corp/media/documents/schedule-14.pdf?fm=search-organic:schedule%2014:2
